Bad posture is pretty common. I figured some one else could benefit from this exercise. This stretching exercise feels amazing on the upper back. I do a lot of back stuff because of my scoliosis and it's really hard to target the upper spine because it isn't normally a very mobile area. This stretch works quite well though. It has an animation showing the stretching exercise.
