I have been taking fish oil supplements for a couple months and it seems to have cured this chronic inflammation I had in my knees and left ankle. I used to go out walking about twice a week, but now I go every day and the joints feel great.

    Interesting stuff those omega 3's.

You don't actually like fish, jakeman? It's all right, I can't stand salmon either.

flaxseed oil is pretty good too (flaxseed oil contains the plant version of omega-3). what you can do is get some of that ground flaxseed they sell at like Trader Joe's or whole foods and sprinkle it on top of cereal (if you eat cereal) and you won't even notice you are eating it.
