There was an XBox thingy set up today at school. There were like ten of them playing three different games. One was some goldeneye type game. One was a snowboarding game and one was a racing game.

Now let me start off with saying LOL TEH EXBOX SI HUEG!111

I watched a couple people play, there's big lineups and everything so I didn't bother trying to play. Now I looked at the lineups for the consoles playing the snowboarding game...All white kids. Now I look at the consoles playing the racing game...All oriental kids. The shooter game was mixed.

This was funny and enforced my stereotyping of all the bling bling ricers around here. If you've heard anything you'd know that Surrey, BC, is the car theft capital of Canada, as well as the street racing capital of Canada. In completely unrelated news, Surrey is where massive amounts of asian people live shoveling money at their kids and giving them expensive cars for their grad presents.

    Do the math.

    NOT RACIST

In Soviet Russia the X-Box is still huge. It's just that big.

In communist China, or Soviet Russia, these jokes are really really really bad. Everywhere else they are even worse.

Definetely not. There are certain things pushed or looked well on in each culture and if cars are one of them then it stands to reason that the people from that culture will have a higher affinity with said cars.

I hate it when people call me racist for noticing differences (culture or whatever) between the different ethnicities of the people I encounter (in school or anywhere else).

ME: I'm not racist, I'm realistic...
    STUPID GIRL: Nazi!

i know more racist black people than white people. unfortunately racism is one-sided to most people, as in only the majority can be racist towards the minority... and, contrary to recent developments (in california at least), whites are still perceived as the majority.

my friend was looking at my N64, and this is exactly what he said: "hey dude, what game's in your N64? i mean Xbox." and then a couple of seconds later he just hit himself and left the room.

Yes, exactly... Much of the stuff comming from black people is considered alright, but is racist if comming from a white person. Here in D.C., It's about 60% black, and I've never seen a racist act or comment come from a white person, but I myself have been subject to much racism, and so are many other white people, but they're less conscious about it, or care less, or just know there's nothing they can do about it, so accept it. One time I saw a paper taped up saying "fight the war on racism". I was thinking "maybe I should go and represent the white oppressed minority of D.C. and people will think "hey, he's white, he doesn't have to worry about racism."" (Sorry I'm really getting into this, but I was really affected after my first year going to a public school here). I went to an arts school, and I know I was in the top three best artists, and should've been selected for a mentorship program. But I'm pretty sure I wasn't selected cause I'm white. Supposedly, if a white person is chosen, a black person is stolen of the opportunity to excel, and since the majority of the people in the school are black, it would be "racist" not to chose a black person. What happened to actually chosing people for their talent and artistic abilities? I wrote a letter to the Corcoran (company providing the mentorship) and brought it up, but of course they denied it. I don't wanna be a professional artist, and I probably would have turned it down lol, but it was that I wasn't accepted that pissed me off.

Just making sure no one gives me undue credit. That would be a terrible thing to happen.
