Wow Status: An applet that sits in your Apple bar and provides you with the status of the server you play on. It's a nice app to have running and it lets you know the server status without having to visit the webpage or log into WoW.

Does this program just read the web page for you? Or does Blizzard provide some kind of content feed for server status?

WoW Status gets information from the World of Warcraft website. The website is updated every minute, therefore the application is also set to update every minute. It doesnt specify exactly where it gets the info but everyone says it works fine. If it is updated every minute it must get the info from somewhere other than the realm status page. Good question, they need to add some more detail on this. Wish they had something like this for i.e. or firefox.
