Cold apple pie straight from the fridge with no ice cream on it. Since I picked one of the options I get to keep your soul.

    hehe. couldn't resist.
    French Silk Pie :

Filling : In a large mixing bowl beat 1/3 cup sugar and 3/4 cup butter with an electric mixer on medium speed about 4 minutes or till fluffy. Stir in one 6-ounce package melted and cooled semi-sweet chocolate pieces and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Gradually add 3/4 cup beaten eggs or egg product, beating on high speed and scraping sides of bowl constantly till light and fluffy.

Transfer filling to a pastry shell (homemade or pre-baked store-bought, can also use graham cracker crust)
Cover and chill for 5-24 hours.

It's either Black Forest Cake or Gateau du foret noir. Pick one. It's like English Cuisine.
