    Well, GuildWars isn't panning out....least I didn't have to pay a couple month's subscription fee on it.

    I miss you guys a lot, but I doubt a come back is gonna happen.

    My girlfriend wants to "slow everything down", and, despite what she says, I can't help fearing that's she jsut trying to ease her way out.

    Anyway, a lot has got to change before I would come back.

    I hope you guys are doing well. Good luck to all of you.

    I may come back. I'm not sure.

    I can't really amke any promises on that or play time righ tnow.

    Alteren is pretty much useless. I could have him restored I guess, but I sold all his stuff and dropped what I couldn't sell, so it'd be a project to get him going again even if Blizz would restore him again (doubt they would).

    Anyway, just wanted to let you all know I"m thinking.

    I deleted him so I wouldn't go back :-)....i know...dumb.

    we'll just see what happens over the next few days.

    They can actually restore most if not all of your stuff, AND they can restore your character no problem. Just have to talk to the right people.

    I had him restored when I came back before.

    The issue now is that I wiped him out before I deleted him...all his stuff is either sold or been dropped. It'd be a whole lot of work and money to get him back to a workable level.

    Thats the rub, you have to get a 'GM' that will put you into talking with someone higher up than they are on the totem pole. Some of them are just nasty, bitter people who really don't want to help.

    They all deny me escalation. Even when my arguments are really good, they appeal to the authority of the policy instead of appealing to reason and good customer service.

    I always send negative feedback to their "feedback email." One of the seniors replyed to my feedback once... he was no different. "Thank you, case closed, we reserve the right to deny any request, no you may not escalate the issue." My arguments were undeniable, my request legitimate and well supported, and my reasons clearly covered within their restoration policy as stated on their support page. They coudn't argue with me and win, so they had to resort to a misapplication of their catchall policy, "we reserve the right..."

    I have no respect for people who deny undeniable arguments.

    If it was undeniable and they denyed it than it wasnt an undeniable argument. lol

    LOL. DENIED!

    Anyway, I have had the same troubles with Blizz gms. A few weeks ago, I was suddenly missing 50 gold. I begged and pleaded for explanation. But only got pre written insert you name here garbage. 3 out of 5 didn't even have anything to do with my ticket. My favorite one was a "rest assured, I will personally investigate your case. It may take several days to hear from me." Went online and ticket was closed. The closest one said sorry you were scammed out of money. It's the closest because it actually mentioned money. BAH! just garbage! No service ever.
