I stopped using the "Respected" title because I was afraid people would feel excluded if they weren't "Respected". After using "Veteran" for a while, I think we need more recognition in the guild. "Veteran" says you have been with us for a while, but it says nothing about how good of a member you are. Spockirk suggested the following Alliance-like titles. If there are no objections, I think these are good titles: Baron = admin Commander = officers Knight = veteran Footman = member Peasant = initiate Sheep = on leave "Knight" will be used for quality members instead of vets, similar to the old "Respected" title. Except "Knight" doesn't have the implication that you aren't "respected" if you aren't a knight. The rest of the titles are just more Warcraft-like. Sound good?
