Trying to harvest your minerals, it's pretty lame ...
I find nothing more rewarding than killing the helpless scv's, probes and drones with air units...such a mean thing to do.
people always do that to me.
Well...can't blame them for cutting off supply lines right at the source...but still I usually wait till an entire base is cleaned out, then one by one I have some astronomical number of units take one out...over kill is my life. One time I ran over a squirrel. My dad said "you just ran over a squirrel" I said "cool" so I backed up and squished it not once, not twice, not even three times more, but about eleven times more just to make sure it's entire essence was far from it's rotting corpse...I hate squirrels too...did I mention that?
Mentosman I know you stole that idea from me since I always scream overkill whenever I run over a dead animal. Besides your parents would never tollerate such actions.
You don't know my dad very well...do you? If you're not careful, he'll run over you too! (If he's behind the wheel and you're behind his car, you're just another squirrel...the extra extra extra large variety.
On a more serious note, here are some maps I just made. The first time I experimented with Triggers I was afraid of them and never figured them out. I'm starting to understand them now, after I made these maps. No triggers here except the pre-set ones.
Next set of maps:
And this...my first real use of triggers. If it doesn't work, please tell me, or better yet, tell me what I did wrong... thanks
Could you provide a little overview, like set the scenario? I haven't downloaded them yet, am curious what they are though...
Sure...here's the maps-

In the first ZIP folder:
4 Player map- Name: The Muddy Causeway - Tileset: Badlands
Pretty Basic Melee map, I like the structure with one pathway of mud crossing the middle.
4 Player map- Name: Super Grudge Match - Tileset: Ashworld
Lots of flying around. Pretty well structured, I like it.

In the second ZIP folder:
4 Player map- Name: The Most Confusing Thing Ever! - Tileset - Space
LOTS AND LOTS OF BRIDGES!!! This is fun if you liked drawing mazes at age 7 or 8.
8 Player map- Name: Sand Labyrinth - Tileset - Desert
Running around, lots of killing, fun stuff.

In the third ZIP folder:
6 Player map- Destroy The Overmind! - Tileset - Snow
My first real attempt at using triggers. Destroy all enemies OR destroy 2 of the 4 Zerg Overminds in the island in the middle. Watch out for early rushes.

In THIS ZIP folder (#4) :
2 Player Coop Map: Exterminate the Protoss! - Tileset - Jungle
Lots of triggers this time.
Attacker: destroy the 3 small Protoss Temples, and the Main one becomes vulnerable. Destroy the big one to win.
Defender: Keep the temples safe. Win by destroying all enemies.
I've been working on these for about 3 weekends now, so enjoy!
Btw, here's an RPG I started making a long time ago, although I only got about a quarter of the way done and haven't worked on it in a long time. If anyone wants to continue then feel free, although you'll need StarEdit Emerald on Mac (customs.macstarcraft.com), I have no idea what the enhanced editor is for PC...
The file would help ...
RPG and StarCraft. For some reason, I don't see the two coming together in a good way, althought I've heard good things about it...
