Samba w/ OS X

    I just realized that a Mac with OS X could probably run samba. Wouldn't that make filesharing easy...

    Wait, so that means that DAVE and PCMACLAN are now not needed for Windows - Mac sharing?

    Time to OS X-ize all our Macs now :)

    DAVE actually interferes with the smb in OS X, so dont install it if you have X already

    DAVE doesn't work on anything after 10.0.4.

    Has anyone used timbuktu for X yet?
