Ok, so I am trying to put an old VHS onto a dvd. I pulled the vhs to DVT and then imported the movie from the DVT to iMovie (because my final cut pro is messed up). I did all the editing and that went fine, but my problems arise when i try and export it to do all the DVD authoring in DVD Studio Pro. I know I need to get my files into seperate audio and video streams. I want to export my movie into an MPEG-2 format, but my choices seem limited and no matter what format i choose in iMovie the file is always exported as a single .mov file. This I can't do anything with in DVD Studio Pro. Can anyone help me out a little here?

try exporting to a DV stream. DVD Studio Pro might be able to do something with it.
