Listened to it for a bit, but I can't stand Rush Limbaugh so I turned it off. It's a shame about Tillman, though.

And regarding the draft today, I'm so happy Eli Manning went to the Chargers. It was wonderful to hear everyone boo him. I hope he falls flat on his face.

Well, the Giants saved him, unfortunately. Although he could still fall flat on his face.

Pat Tillman gave up millions of dollars to die defending his country, and today I had to see Eli Manning's punk ass moping about being the #1 pick and possibly having to play in San Diego (for millions of dollars), a situation that most guys would give their left nut to be in. Boo hoo. Take your money and shut up.

    Tillman's a hero. Manning's a punk.

NFL draft or Military draft? Did the military start drafting yet? I heard they were going to.

Military, didn't you hear? Check your SSN, if it has 9 digits you've been selected for active duty.

More like it's a shame about every soldier that has died regardless of whether he/she was well known.

It's OK if you believe in some higher purpose or state of existence beyond the corporeal. I don't believe in anything like that so I will not die for my country. I intend to live it up while I'm alive because I believe that when I die there will be nothing.

Unfortunately many people do. (Which is why blowhards like Rush, Hannity, O'Reilly, et al. remain in business.)

That said, I listened to most of it and Rush for the most part remained non-political, and made some good points. Tillman is a hero, all the other soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan are heroes. Whether you agree with the war or not, those men and women are laying it on the line, and you have to respect that.

It reads like Hillary Clinton threw up on this thread... Well done all... Shame about Tillman.
