it'll be up on cow's server whenever i get around to uploading it, but definately by tomorrow.
trying to shut down classic still hangs the computer, wonder if im just not doing it right...
Ok, how do you install it?
use the software restore i uploaded (v2.1.1) and restore it onto your partition. once you get in you'll have to give yourself root acces.. not too tough, heres how: open up netinfo manager (in utilities), unlock the pane by clicking on the lock and entering your password, then select users and find your user name in the top half of the window, in the bottom half of the window find the line that says passwd followed by a bunch of encrypted stuffs, double click on the encrypted pass, copy it, back at the top of the window select root, and paste your pass over the root passwd, save and you're all set.
Do I mount it first?
Mount the cd and run Apple Restore?
Nevermind. I restored the cd successfully and logged in
