well i was experimentiing with the war3 campaign editor, looks pretty awesome, and i am pondering the wonderful things i can do with it. if i get around to it i might make some kind of rpg, or mybe a melee map for that contest blizz is havin. or maybe both. but as i was scrolling down in the editor, i noticed i little colored thingy in the bottom-right corner, i click it, and it says, perfect gem activated. im like noooooooooo not again. lol. i remember for hours in d2 me and a bunch of ppl would just sit there hittin it over and over again till we could stop it on perfect. which i actually did a couple times, bu tnot when i meant to. but i could still never figure out what it did, even wheni went into a game with it on. bu twhatever. i wonder what it could mean in the campagin editor. maybe nothing... beats me. im gonna go click it a few billion times...
I think bliz did come clean a while ago. I read about it on diabloii.net... they said that it initially served as a sound test device (it made the little gem drop noise when you clicked it) and then they just left it in there for fun when it came out.
