    Problem:

Mac OS 9 has limited user access options to access specific programs only. When trying a scan a document in Photoshop, the Epson TWAIN device doesn't show up.

Other scanners work because I installed the specific TWAIN driver inside the Photoshop folder, but Epson has an automatic install program that doesn't provide the Plug-In separately. I tried enabling the TWAIN program, but I can't launch it because it says some extension or control panel is missing. How would I enable everything it needs?

you typically need to install drivers for scanners and printers for each user. multiple users is weird that way.

I'll try it tomorrow when I get to school.

Yeah, my Mac at home can't run anything above OS 8 without noticeable performance loss :(
