Any way to keep it always on top of all other windows?
i'm pretty sure there's not a way. why would you want to do that anyway?
ya thats what the dock its for, just click its icon and it comes to the top. I dont see why you need it to stay on top. explain.
See currently playing song if it's muted on Internet radio with a sucky song, minimize number of clicks, etc.
just keep other windows out of its way
You can right click on itunes' icon in the dock to control it.
That's another click!
There's no freeware/shareware program that can make other programs stay on top?
why dont you just shrink the itunes window so it's at it's smallest state, then it's like a remote sorta...just keep other windows away from it. And if you had itunes always infront, you wouldn't be able to use any other apps simoultaneious(probaly spelled wrong, put you get the point) B/C you can only have 1 'active' app or whatever you want to call it.
Bah, I'm working at relatively low res and IE constantly covers most of the screen...
Fork over the money for a PowerBook and use the wide screen to fit both.
Don't be so picky/lazy.
best solution: buy Key Xing and set up some F keys to control iTunes. it's great, cause it even works from within games.
He doesn't want to push a button though.
Use applescript + voice recognition.
the mouse button is still a button.
*hunts for shareware version*
BTW, not versed well in AppleScript...would the command be, say, "tell the application "iTunes" to "stop"?
Ooh, cool proggie
