    in the macosX agreement it states

    [MAC OS X PUBLIC BETA] IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE IN THE OPERATION OF NUCLEAR FACILITIES, AIRCRAFT NAVIGATION OR COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS, AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEMS, LIFE SUPPORT MACHINES OR OTHER EQUIPMENT IN WHICH THE FAILURE OF THE APPLE SOFTWARE COULD LEAD TO DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, OR SEVERE PHYSICAL OR ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE.

    That's a standard disclaimer. The EULA for Mechwarrior 4 has the same clause in it. Why anyone would want to use Mechwarrior 4 to power a nuke plant is beyond me...

    lol.

    I can see someone using osX in aircraft control and such cause of darwin. If it actually doesn't crash no matter what you do to it...

    Depends. OSX may be uncrashable, but what if the air traffic control program is a crummy desk accessory from system 6?

    If yer air traffic control software is a system 6 DA, you're probably flying Khazakstan Air and will die anyway :P
