    Hey guys, long time no posts :( , but I have a problem. I need html code for the link to open a new window (should be easy don't remember) and code to shrink an image so that is will fit within the size of your web browsers window. Something like stretching.... or something. Is it possible?

    link in new window:
    <a href="http://www.domain.com/" target="_blank">text here</a>

    i'm not sure about stretching the image dimensions. i've never tried it but maybe:
    <img src="http://www.domain.com/image.gif" width="100%" height="100%" alt="image.gif">

    i've never used percents in image dimensions..

    Percents work. What's more useful though is with the height and width tags you can specify actual pixel values.

    Use javascript.

    Example:
    Code:
    <head>

    [color=red]//Need script like this in head[/color]

    <SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript">

    function popUp(URL) {
    day = new Date();
    id = day.getTime();
    eval("page" + id + " = window.open(URL, '" + id + "', 'toolbar=0,scrollbars=0,location=0,statusbar=0,menubar=0,resizable=0,width=500,height=550');");
    }
    [color=red]//properties of new window declared, such as height, toolbar (0=no, 1=yes)[/color]
    </script>
    </head>

    <body>
    [color=red]//just refer to script next to link using javascript[/color]

    <a href="javascript:popUp('locales/malaysia.html')">Malaysia</a><br>

    If you know any coding like C++ this should be fairly straight forward.

    :eek: javascript is complicated. what jake said is pretty much it, just use pixels, they're easier to experiment with.
