Got bored and thought I would pop in and say "Hi" to those who first got me addicted to online gaming.

How is World of Warcraft doing after all this time? Still exciting? Still addictive? Still 10 million people? I feel so out of the loop.

I would say WoW is getting old. The perpetual grind has become more obvious to a lot of people and many of those people are not playing anymore. I personally just do old content now because it is detached from the grind which makes it more enjoyable for me.

With that said, WoW is still very popular. The raid instances are always packed. In fact, when I do Onyxia every 5 days I often have to wait several minutes for a slot to open on the instance server.

Speaking of Onyxia, I just got my Quel'Serrar from the Warrior/Paladin quest chain. Nice looking blade and I'm glad to have to add to my old school collection, but it's probably just going to spend most of it's life rotting in my bank.
