    Ok, thanks.
I think I should try removing one of the RAM sticks. There´s one 64MB and one 128MB. How likely is it that both are phucked?
So I could remove the 64 and see if the problem returns, if it does I´ll put in the 64 again and remove the 128.
Otherwise I´ll call Apple or try replaceing the HD with my old one.

Is there apps who can tell if the RAM is bad?
I think TechTool Deluxe runs RAM-checks but they never find anything.

techtool's ram checker isn't very good. i always used MacTest Pro Emergency, but that's only available to apple service centers.

I think I´ll do it manually.
    Might be "pirate-able" though...
