There is talk about Halo being part of the Marathon story. Let's discuss that.
Halo and Marathon?! Ummmmmm... nah. I haven't heard that rumor.

Marthon and Halo, hell no. They don't seem to have a damn lot in common.
Hey, just trying to start a discussion. For them not having anything in common, there are a lot of fansites talking about it.
can't you see the Marathon logo inside the Halo logo? or haven't you read the part in the interview with one of the guys working on it that says most all bungie games sort of fit together? goto the marathon story page
(he said that when asked if Marathon and Halo had anything to do with each other and said he wasn't allowed to comment further.)

Regarding Bungie games fitting together: I heard that the 3D engine for all of bungie's games is the same one! They just keep updating it and stuff. Weird huh?
If you can't see the marathon logo, follow the halo link on the sidebar on jakeman's main page and look ( ) between the "a" and the "l". It is in the background

The only thing in common are guns' and aleins. Maybe the marines but they don't look the same.
