    Does OS X run FreeBSD executeables?

    I think those programs would have to be compiled under OS X or something. I'm not too savy on that sort of stuff.

    yeah, you have to recompile them with X

    With modifications to some of the directory references because OS X isn't completely BSD compliant (ie BSD file names are case sensitive, OS X on HFS+ aren't, like that).
