After nearly a year of 42 hrs/week of cashiering, they gave me an audition to become a part-time dealer. I finished the audition with the 2nd highest score so I will receive the 2nd dealing job which starts in 2 weeks. This means that I get an extra day off so I will be able to play more WoW (as opposed to nearly no WoW right now). Also, depending on the times they need me to deal, I might be able to play almost every day. I'm sorry that I haven't been able to play much lately but 3pm to 11pm really makes it hard. I can't wait for my new schedual to start so I can play with all you guys again!

I thought you were a dealer already, but damn, that's sweet. Please tell, how do they score you?

    (Hi everyone)

They had about 5 people with clipboards stand around you while you deal a few hands in a live game. From what I could see, they rated stuff like pitch, flop, player management, game management, posture... basically anything you can think of, they rated it from 1 to 5. You have to deal Texas Holdem and Omaha Hi/Lo (worst game ever to deal) because those are the two most common games we play in our room. At the end, they boss man tallied up all the scores and awarded the top two with a dealer position.
