My Webshuttle is not supported by OS X. How can i upgrade OS X if i cant get on the net?

Info you might need to help me:
    - I partitioned my disk: i have a partition with 9.1 installed which enables me to do everything and get on the net, and i have a partition with OS X with which i cant go on the net.
    - i am very frustrated and the next person that comes up to me will get showered with some severe verbal abuse.. ahem...

    Please help....
