downloading music?

    I want to download a peer to peer search engine.... but everytime i try.... it doesnt work. What program should i use? I have an ibook.

    Anyways, P2P programs are pretty much dead. I think aquisition still works. Limewire is crap. Morpheus is crap. AG is pay only now. Napster was shut down.

    Kazaa works, but it's for pc.

    Anything on the Gnutella network is crap, but Acquisition is the best of the worst.

    For PC, Blubster is my favorite; everybody seems to like WinMX too. Kazaa Lite is good for finding stuff but the program is horribly written; just idling it takes up 90% CPU.

    Unfortunately I haven't see anything good for any version of Mac OS. :(

    Edit: There's Carracho but then you have to specifically search for servers which is annoying; you just want to find a song!
