Hm...I like the theatre/movies theatre use...but they do raise valid points on it being widespread.

at least they are being smart and not allowing "true jamming" as it is used in conventional jammers.

I still don't support it though. It's personal right to own equipment such as cell phones, and there is no good reason to restrict that right just because some people are impolite. Laws like that are called Blue Laws and I want nothing to do with them.

No, on private property they can do whatever the hell they want. You don't like it you can leave. I want to see jammers in all movie theatres and inside lecture halls, ****ing retards who can't turn off their phones for an hour.

My sister is one of them... it really gets me steamed because she has a horribly loud phone which she refuses to even adjust the volume on. I like Cell jammers

I hate it when cell phones go off in class.

So I was in class the other day and the teacher's cell phone goes off. :blank:

The problem (as they stated) is once started, where do you draw the line?

How about installing cell jamming on all public transportation? That's a huge pain in the arse when it's 6:30 am and you're on the train/bus and you have "inconsiderate cell phone man" sitting next to you...

Cell jammers installed in all cars? It's a law in some states thata you cannot use a cell without a headset, but who listens to that anyway... Why not just jam it?

All libraries, schools, places of business, hospitals, planes... heck, all confined places where you can be disturbed by some rude person...

Now think to yourself, "Is it that important to invest that kind of money, technology, and effort into stopping rude people?"

Next question, "Wouldn't you like to be reached in that 2 1/2 hour movie if your child was just killed in a car accident?"

The cell phone companies won't like it either. Their commercials will be "'can you hear me now? hello? hello?' *click*"

I am undistrubed by public cell phone use. That's what concentration is for.

    Trigger Happy TV owns...

Jamming it at some places is a good idea... as long as emergency calls can get trough.
