Ok, everyone in awhile (alot recently) the dock starts using up the entire CPU. I cannot access the find at all, I can switch between apps and all (Not from the dock, only by clicking on them) but the finder is dead, even if I relaunch. I had terminal open so i did top and the dock is taking up %80+. WTF?!?! Can anyone help?

I suggest poping in your install disc, and choosing the archive and in reinstall option, just moves your system software out, and replaces it with a brand new set. you would have to install any "haxies" but just about all your other apps should work fine. I did it under 10.3 when my computer at school got bogged down, and I found the only thing that I had to reinstall was Studio MX.
