Anyone been there? My mom is getting married in Bermuda this summer so I am going for a few days. I don't really have a desire to go but it's an obligation.

I haven't been there, but I heard that it's warm. You'll have fun. You'll never know, you might even meet someone. :) :heh:

    When are you going?

    This July.

I don't know what I'm gonna do out there. Maybe they will have an internet connection so I can work.

Lay out on the beach and watch the pretty ladies while you get a nice tan.

Just grab a good book, set yourself up on the beach and relax. Thats what I would do anyway. Not like it is some spring break nonsense. Just take a vacation. If its a nice enough resort they may very well have wireless that you could hook a laptop up with if you really need to get some work done.

I'm sure they have other things to do than lay on the beach. You can probably go snorkeling or parasailing, etc. I agree with Kalgareth, you should relax and enjoy your vacation. It will be nice to not worry about anything like work, etc. Give you time to yourself and think and clear your head if needed.

    Big News

Congratulations to your mom. I assume it's the same boy she's been struggling with all along. Yay they finally worked it out. That's good news.

k i'm back from bermuda. It's nicer than Hawaii (less humidity, no beastly bugs) but it's nothing special as far as I'm concerned. The whole place is straight out of a Corona beer commercial.

Corona beer commercials are nice and relaxing, I wouldn't mind a few days of Corona beer commercial in my life right now.

Now, if you had said a Bud Light commercial featuring Spuds McKenzie, than I can see your point ;)
