A couple people have told me that the links go dead sometimes or one side of the page doesn't load (on the Diablo 2 Clan site). I have experienced a couple "bad request" errors but I thought it was because I am behind a firewall. Please let me know it you are having problems like this. ------------------ lamo mac boy
Half the time when I try to load the page I am missing the left half of the screen...the part with all the links...for some reason it only loads properly for me 1 in 7 or 8 tries.
Ok, I checked the paths to each frame and they were somewhat vague (not exact server paths). So I layed out an exact path for each frame and reuploaded the index.html for the clan site. Dark_Warrior, let me know if this has any effect. If anyone else is experiencing problems please let me know in this topic.

It sounds like it may be your internet service. But, it wasn't working for a while after I did the path thing? I know I'm pissed at my internet service right now. "No busy signals or disconnects, another reason to get PacBell DSL" What a crock!!! ------------------ lamo mac boy

I've been doing a little "experiment"....every time that i come to the site because i bookmarked it, not everything loads properly, meaning, no links on the side. BUT if i come to the site through a link, everything works fine...any hints as to what the hell????
hmmmmm, what browser are you using? If you are using IE I would try dumping your cache. Dump your cache regardless, but especially if you're using IE (it's notorious for loading old cached files instead of what's actually online). Make sure your bookmark is pointing towards http://www.mac-gamer.com/mac/d2/ and not something like d2/main.html (the right frame). ------------------ lamo mac boy
AH HA!!! dum de de DUMMMMMMM. we have discovered the problem. for some RETARDED reason my browser bookmarked d2/main.html. problem SOLVED!
the counter problem is your browser storing the counter in the cache. If you go into edit>preferences you can adjust that I think. We are around 1200 hits.
1325 according to mine. My cheapo web-page has something like 600. Maybe it's because I own cowofwar.com and ihateapple.org I don't actually hate apple, I just reserved it so some pc user couldn't take it and make some stupid site that "tries" to trash Apple. ------------------ By reading the above post you agree that your soul is mine.
