    All you have to do is paste that ip (12.224.252.58) into your browser and you are there. He has cable btw.

    <edit>

    It is not letting me d/l anything though. I can see all of your music, but I can't get it. I want Breadfan! :)

    Same here. I am trying to do a right click "save as" and it is just trying to get file info (I am at work so I am on a PC). Any thoughts?

    Well, he's at work right now, so he can't go fix it. There must be something wrong with either the web sharing, or his firewall.

    I'm running over cable right now myself. I can't host any games on B NET cuz of my G-Damn firewall...If he has one would that be blocking the d/l?

    Firewalls block specific ports, all you have to do is tell your firewall which ports to allow.

    Is that for hardware and software firewalls? Mine is hardware, and it's noisy too.

    It's not his firewall, if it was you wouldn't be able to see the files or connect at all.

    Ooooh, I connected to the server through the mac os x finder and now it's a mounted drive in my computer window. Win, pretty cool.

    It may take a while to get the files through a PC. I use this same method for transfering files (MP3s) from my mac to the burner on the PC. It usually takes a while. It also does not work with the entire folder through the PC. You must d/l each item individually; hence the 600M Jimi Hendrix stuffed file.
