a dupe is still a dupe, no matter how limited the number
who is this directed at?
I'm pretty sure that all of us are very much aware of what "duped" means.
"WHY would somebody trade 24 SOJs for somethin that was duped?"
Probably because the person trading away the SOJ duped them to begin with. 24 duped SOJs is probably nothing to this person. And he probably still has another pile of them on one of his many SOJ mules.
mmmm good... or jalapeno's with nacho cheeze in the middle... those ROCK :burger:
If we are to go with the "purist" attitude towards duping than we reject the only thing that is accepted as universal currency on bnet, SOJs.
that does constitute a problem....
I still think SOJs are going up. the only problem is that some people don't know this and are real suckers, like the jackass who traded for a Lords Ancient Sword of Bashing and gave my brother an SOJ for it.
who says? all the sojs i have are legit...
really? how do you know that the people you got them from, or the people they got theirs from, werent active dupers? Nobody can tell if a Stone has been duped or not, unless you persoanlly gambled all of the ones you have.
he DID personally gamble all the ones he has
Meow ftt ftt meow!
I personally gambled all the ONE that I have. I am thinking of trading it for a block of jalapeno cheddar.
someone i know is selling his for $10 US, he is already bored with D2 and wants to earn back his $40 he paid for the game.
earning 40 bucks is pretty easy, i saw some guy sell his account for like 300$ US
That amazes me. Like, why would you spend $40 on the game and then spend $300 to get an already established character, ruining all the fun of actually playing? Plus consider what that person actually spent his $300 on! I don't know about you guys, but I can think of about a million things I'd rather do with $300 than spend it on a Diablo II account. It's something you can't even touch, it exists solely in cyberspace! I mean, I like the game, too, but some people need to get a grip.
On the flip side, hey, if someone's willing to pay you actual money for a stone or a character or whatever, go for it. Like P.T. Barnum said, "There's a sucker born every minute!"
the main reason why cheating sux is cuz now in diablo 2 when u run across an awesome item or something u get really excited, but when everything's really easy to get and u can just hack better items, u'll lose the excitement, diablo 2 won't be fun anymore... diablo 2 is going to slowly end up like diablo 1.
