I just spent $30 USD on one of these.

Just came today. It's really nice, but I think it'll take a while for the leather to get worn down a little bit. The circular opening for the wheel and buttons is kinda off center at the moment. Time will loosen it up.

Looks good. I like the "system requirements" part. I understand why but it's funny to have system requirements for a piece of material.

    yowwch, the jacket is nice!

I'm having some problems with iTunes since I upgraded to 3.0.1, some of the songs are acting up- I can tell them to play, but then they play for 1/30th of a second before switching to the next song on the playlist... not good with "Repeat One" turned on, to my dismay.

I also got myself an incase folio, but I prefer the standard case that comes with the iPod 10 and 20gb models. I'm probably going to sell it on eBay or try to return it.

2.89GB used so far, still haven't bothered importing ANY of my CDs... predicting I'll have 6GB when all is said and done.

The 800Mbps firewire uses a different connector. I don't think Apple can make a hybrid port... but you never know.
