    Go go metric.

And that's actually what it would be called anywhere else in the world except the USA. They're pretty much the only ones who haven't adopted metric.

Yes it does. All scientific insitutions in the US use metric. Only the old and ignorant use imperial.

America just hasn't adopted it because they're so huge. They'd have to replace all the roadsigns and other crap that use imperial.

you'd have to think differently too...32 degrees would become hot instead of freezing....92 kilos would be overweight

Playboy models would have to get used to being .9144 - .6096 - .9144 and that just looks wierd.

ya, im not too sure about this movie. I really don't like Enemin (or whatever), but I don't like much rap either. It's all offensive now anyway and mostly about either cop killing or disrepecting women and they swear every other word, I can handle some, but it's just using foul language for the sake of it.
I used to listen to rap, once upon a time when I was a teenager, and it's changed alot.
Boy I feel so old now and I'm not even 30. :D

Heck. Age has nothing to do with it. I've felt the same way about rap my entire life.

    I don't know...

I detest rap as well... Hate it... have always hated it. Don't even like the old stuff like Run DMC and Sir Mixalot or whatever... This isn't saying that I haven't listened to it. When I go out it is impossible to not hear it.

That being said I really think Eminem, especially with his latest album, is a bird of another feather. You have to listen to some of his songs. They are harsh but not overbearing. You see what he is saying and he isn't just writing the songs to seem like some big man. I am not saying everyone will enjoy his music but when you take the lyrics of songs like "Cleaning out My Closet" and "Lose Yourself" and see what Eminem does with them there is no denying that he has talent. I loathed Nirvana back when grunge was just emerging and only recently began to actually "listen" to what Cobain was talking about. There is something deeper there.

Love him or hate him... you can't deny that he has talent.
