    You know, the water in WoW looks really rather meh-ish.

    Their texture artists are geniuses though. You can tell the whole thing's pretty low poly, and that's why it runs so well (same thing with WC3). The textures are what make it look so good. I hope they do something about that water though, even Shadowbane's was better.

    They have a year to make the game look good. They have a month to make the game not suck.

    Good point. Heh, I wonder just how much the NDA's gonna get broken by media coverage...

    They probably aren't too concerned about that by this point. It's going to go to open beta at some point anyway, any "leaks" at this stage are essentially free advertising for them. Anything they really want to keep secret they will leave out of the beta.
