Submit Change Form

To submit a change form send an e-mail to the_jakeman@yahoo.com. Subject = "Change Form". Within the e-mail I need your member number, your password, and any information you wish to change.

A change form can be used to change anything in your profile including your: site title, url, summary, contact e-mail, and password. It can also be used to end your membership, if you so desire.

Any requested changes should take effect within two weeks of submitting the change form.
