First then. My Vote is No. no no no.

My but this has been a lively debate hasn't it?
Well here's a few cents from Good Ol' Rage or Riot.

One. The majority of the people voting yes are doing so to play with their friends. While I respect their oppinion to vote however the see fit, I don't think that it makes for good roleplaying. When I was a lad, I really liked AD&D. There were a lot of rules and restrictions and err...dice. Then along came a bunch of new Role playing games. Where a bunch of people just sat around making up a story. (Whitewolf et al.) and I hated those games. they weren't really games at all. Just a bunch of people hanging out. If you're going to do that. why not just get a bunch of beer or drugs or whatever and put on some music and dance. (there's a better chance of getting laid that way. I think) The point of it is that rules make for a better RPG. If you grew up an Orc, you wouldn't have human friends growing up. Therefor the I want to play with my friends argument is sort of pointless. (Although I'm all for one or two NPC's being on a different side)
<As an aside, I seem to remember my friends used to play NERO. and one was a Chaos Wizard or something and would get pelt with beanbags or sticks (or whatever the hell LARPers use) every time he was revealed to be "evil" all part of the story you see, and he was happy to be pelted>

Cent 2. Blizzard makes (in my oppinion) The best damn multiplayer computer games ever put out. I trust Blizzard. I preorder blizzard games withouth even a second thought, because I know they're going to be great. Therfor, whatever they implement is probably the best.

Cent 3. Ok, so not truly a thought. This post ran a little long and I thought I'd say sorry if I'm just bringing up past thoughts.
